Can I sell in more than one country?

Each store is created on one country’s site and uses its currency, payment methods and shipping. If you want to sell in another country, you create a store on that country’s site.

What language is Changuito in?

In Spanish, except in Brazil, where the site and dashboard are in Brazilian Portuguese. Each site uses its country’s vocabulary (for example, “despacho” in Chile, “domicilio” in Colombia or “delivery” in Peru and Paraguay) and its country’s currencies, addresses and tax IDs.

Are the features the same in every country?

The foundation is the same in all eight countries: AI-built store, WhatsApp orders, point of sale, management, marketing and design. No. Changuito charges no commission on each sale and never holds your money: payments go straight to your account. The only fees that may apply are those of the payment method you use, such as a card processor.

What happens when the 10-day trial ends?

There is no permanent free plan: after the 10 days you choose a plan to keep using the dashboard. Your store stays visible to your customers and everything you uploaded is kept.

How much does Changuito cost?

There are three monthly plans with a fixed price: VIP, Ultra VIP and Business. Prices and the payment method depend on each country, and you see them on your country’s site.

What is the difference between the VIP, Ultra VIP and Business plans?

VIP includes all the selling, payment, delivery and management tools with the Optimus template. Ultra VIP adds the Astros template, white label, BioLink, custom pages, abandoned-cart recovery and 10 AI images per renewal. Business adds your own domain with an SSL certificate; in Argentina it also adds ARCA electronic invoicing.

Is there a limit on products, categories or sales?

No. Products and categories are unlimited and there is no limit on sales per plan.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. You cancel from your dashboard, with no lock-in. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, you are not charged again and everything you uploaded is kept in case you reactivate a plan.

Are the industry modules paid separately?

Yes. Food service, Apparel, Wholesale Store and Animated Menu are modules added to your plan, each with a 10-day trial. Their price appears on each country’s site.

No. The money from every sale goes straight to your account: Changuito does not hold or intermediate the money from your sales.

Which payment methods can I offer in my store?

How do I confirm a bank transfer payment?

Your customer transfers, attaches the proof of payment to the order and you see it inside the order in your dashboard.

Can I give a discount for paying by transfer?

Yes. You can set a discount or a surcharge by payment method, for example 10% off for transfers, and it is shown on your products with the Astros template.

Can I get paid in the shop with a QR code?

In Argentina, yes: the point of sale accepts Mercado Pago QR and Cuenta DNI QR. In the other countries the point of sale records the sale with a cash register, receipt and barcode reader.

How is the Changuito subscription paid?

The way you pay for the subscription depends on the country and is shown on each country’s site when you choose a plan. It is a fixed monthly payment, with no commission on your sales.

Shipping and delivery

How does shipping work in Changuito?

You decide how to deliver: your own delivery with zones drawn on the map and a price per zone, your own couriers who get notified on WhatsApp, or in-store pickup. In Argentina there are also PedidosYa Envíos, Uber Direct, EnvíoPack, Envia.com and Correo Argentino.

Can I set my own shipping zones and prices?

Yes. You draw the zone on the map, set the shipping price and you are done.

Can I have my own couriers?

Yes. You assign orders to your couriers and each one gets notified on WhatsApp.

Can my customers pick up in the shop?

Yes. They choose to pick up their order at your shop or store and pay no shipping.

Can I request a courier from the order?

In Argentina, yes: from the order you can request a courier with PedidosYa Envíos or Uber Direct in one click.

Is there nationwide postal shipping?

In Argentina, yes, with EnvíoPack, Envia.com and Correo Argentino, with live quotes and shipping labels. In the other countries you currently deliver with your own delivery or pickup.

Creating and migrating your store

How long does it take to create my store?

Minutes. You enter your business name and industry, ChanguIA builds the catalog and you already have a store link to share. Then you adjust products, colors and payments from the dashboard.

Can I bring my store over from another platform?

Yes. By pasting the link of your TiendaNube or Shopify store, the name, price, description, photos, categories and variants are imported. In Argentina you can also import from Empretienda, Pedix and Take App. Stock is set to unlimited so you can adjust it, and the import does not modify your original store.

Can I upload many products at once?

Yes. You can edit and upload many products together from a spreadsheet, or let ChanguIA build them from what you sell.

Where do I get photos for my products?

You can upload your own, pick free photos from the image bank (Unsplash, Pexels and Pixabay) without leaving the dashboard, or create them with AI.

Can I create product images with artificial intelligence?

Yes. The Ultra VIP plan includes 10 AI images per renewal, and you can buy packs of 30, 100 or 200 images that never expire.

Can I use my own domain?
